I downloaded this twice on seperate days and the file is corrupted-its all full of skips and tiles. Please remove this or fix it and might I have my 2 credits back ?

No it's not a free clip, it took 2 of my credits. Also it DID play but played like crap, its NOT the player thats off but the video is. Also I am not downloading some unknown type of player, having been zapped by a trojan before by someone who said to "use this player IT WORKS" for one of the videos here. If it doesn't play with Windows media, Real player or Quick time then forget it.

This is designated as a free clip (only 11 seconds) that should not be taking any credits. I'll ask our IT manager to look into it. The VLC player is a popular player that we've used and recommended since thewambank opened up, and we've had no reports of anyone getting a virus from it. I use it regularly, and have had no problems. This is an MP4 clip which is problematic on some players, but it played fine for me on the VLC. I'll ask our IT manager to look into your credit situation.

Dear Paul, I just took a look on your transaction list and there is no mention at all about this video (please see for yorself, just click on "Transactions" on the left after login) so you never needed any credit to download it and btw even if you download a video twice or more only the first download will be credited the rest is free (see your "Downloaded Videos" section on the left).
